What is Surfindia Shopping ?
Surfindia Shopping is a B2C service of InterMesh Shopping Network Pvt. Ltd., created to deliver broad and varied range of products to the visitor. It is a place where you could find the right product for your near and dear ones or for yourself.

How can I place an order at Surfindia ?
Choose the item that you wish to purchase, click on "Buy Now" button and make the online payment. Soon, you would receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order and shipment details.

Do I need to register for doing shopping through Surfindia ?
Yes, before you shop anything from Surfindia, you are required to register with us. The registration details will help us to communicate with you in future.

How much secure is Surfindia Shopping ?

No, there are no hidden charges.

Why is there difference in amount in my invoice sent from Surfindia Shop and that in my credit card statement?
We charge order value in INR. This may cause a slight variation in the dollar-value shown at the website and that charged from your credit-card due to fluctuation in conversion rates.

What do I do if I forget my username/ password ?

What is "Wishlist" ?
Wishlist contains the products that you wish to add to the cart, which are marked as sold out Or you may like to have a personalized wish, for a product category not present on the portal. We inform you by email when the product is available on our portal.

Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handicraft items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Surfindia Shop, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control. At the same time Surfindia Shop will make all possible efforts to make its services delightful for both the sender and the receiver of the gift.
Note: Accessories shown (if any) are not a part of the product.

How long it would take to deliver the product after the payment has been made?
We deliver your product within 7 working days of transaction or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is later. However Fresh Flowers, Cakes & Express Delivery Gift Hampers are delivered within 24 Hrs or the same day in selected cities.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We send you confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status online by logging into My Account.

My order is shown to be in ' Processing' state. What does it mean?
Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Shipped' state: a) Processing: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or
d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Yes. To cancel an order, click on the My Account link on the top of any page on the site. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the Track Your Pending Orders link to view all the orders that have not yet been fulfilled. You can then click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel and then finally click on the Cancel Your Order link available for that order. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process.

How do I contact you regarding my order?

Can I change my order ?

How do you deliver the products ?
We deliver the products through courier.

What if my order is not delivered on the due date ?
If the product is not delivered on the desired date then either we refund to the shopper or deliver the products next day along with some complimentary gifts.

If the recipient is not there at the delivery address ?
In case recipient is not at the delivery address, we leave a message.

If broken or defective item is received ?
If the broken or defective item is received then we replace the goods within 3 working days.

If the order is lost in transit ?
We deliver the order again if it is lost in transit.

How to register a complaint related to non-delivery of partial-order?
All complaints regarding the non-delivery of the partial order or any other similar issues regarding the delivered products should be registered with us within 10 days of the delivery date. 90% of our orders are delivered together in one shipment but 10% are delivered from different logistic locations which could lead to multiple deliveries at different times.
